You can find Royal Composites Pvt Ltd at the Howrah Poly Park. We are in Unit-Pph-4, which is near the Sankail Toll Plaza on NH-6. It’s out in Village Kandua. The location is good for transport because we are right near the highway. It makes getting materials in and out much easier. We work with composites, which is a bit of a specialized field, but we just see it as another manufacturing job. The facility is fairly large, and we have different sections for different processes. It can get a bit smelly because of the chemicals and resins we use. We always have the fans running to keep the air moving. Our team is a mix of experienced hands and some newer people learning the ropes. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just expect everyone to do their bit and keep the production line moving. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the machines, and we have to spend the whole day fixing things instead of making products. That is just life in a factory. We have a small office area near the entrance where we handle the orders. It isn't very fancy, just some desks and a few filing cabinets. We mostly focus on getting the work done right so the customers don't have to come back with complaints. It’s a busy place.
