Fabcon (India)

We’ve been here at 89/1 Dharmatala Road for a good while now. Salkia is a busy place, and our spot is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. If you walk down the road, you’ll see our gate. It’s not a fancy building, just a place where we get the work done. Fabcon (India) started out small. Most days it’s just us dealing with the heat and the metal. We don't have a big front office with air conditioning. It’s mostly just the workshop floor and the sound of machines running. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just how it is in Salkia. People around here know where we are. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. We’re usually too busy with the actual work. Usually, there’s a pile of materials near the entrance. It can get a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we all just kind of get on with things. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up during breaks. There isn't much more to say about us. We show up, do the fabrication work, and go home. It’s a practical way to make a living. We’ve seen the street change a bit over the years, but 89/1 stays pretty much the same. It's home for the business. It is just a normal spot on a busy road where we work.
