REDE Scalable Energy Management Pvt.Ltd. is based out in Po Chakpara, Liluah. It is a bit of a drive if you aren’t already from around this side of town. The office is tucked away, and we spend a lot of our time looking at data and energy charts on the screens. It is not all just computers, though. We deal with real hardware and parts that come through the door every other day. Liluah has a specific feel to it, a bit rugged but very hardworking. Our space isn't huge, but it fits the small team we have here perfectly fine. We often have wires and testing kits spread out over the main table in the back room. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, which is a bit ironic given that we work in energy management, but we just wait it out or use the backup generator. We don't spend much money on decorations or fancy furniture. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and some old technical diagrams. Lunch is usually something someone brought from home in a steel tiffin or whatever we can find at the local shops down the road. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on how the trains are running, but we make it work. We have been focusing on these energy systems for a good while now. It involves a lot of double-checking numbers and making sure the sensors are working right. It is quiet work for the most part, unless we are out on a site visit somewhere else.
