Satyanarayan Hotel

We are located at 78/79 Hari Mohan Bose Road in Howrah. It's a busy spot since the Digha Bus Stand is so close by. People are always coming and going from the station. We’ve got the 711101 pin code here. The hotel is just a simple place for people to stay when they are traveling through the city. We don't have fancy carpets or anything like that. It’s just clean rooms and a place to sleep. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of different faces every day. Some stay for a night, others just a few hours. We keep the registers and look after the keys. It can get a bit loud with the buses outside, but that’s just part of being in this location. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most people find us just by walking from the station or the bus stop. It’s an honest living. We handle the laundry and the cleaning ourselves mostly. You won't find us in a travel magazine, we are just a local Howrah hotel. It's a straightforward setup for anyone who needs a bed for the night. The water is usually hot enough in the mornings. We don't serve much besides tea and biscuits. It's just a place to rest your head after a long journey on the road. We stay open late for the travelers coming in on the midnight buses. It is a lot of work but it pays the bills.
