Ashish Hindu Hotel

Ashish Hindu Hotel has been around for some time on Dobson Road in Howrah. We are quite close to Golmohar, which is a well-known spot in this part of town. Howrah is a place that never really stops moving, and Dobson Road is right in the middle of all that noise and traffic. Our hotel is more of a traditional eating house where people come for a quick, filling meal during their work day. We focus on the kind of food people eat at home. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of pots and pans clanging together. We start our work very early in the morning to get the rice and curries ready for the first wave of customers. It is a very plain setup with wooden tables and simple benches for seating. We do not spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most people find us just by walking past or because they have been coming here for years. The air in Howrah can be quite dusty and heavy, so we try to make our dining area a place where you can just sit and eat in peace for twenty minutes. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. We do not try to be anything other than a local hotel serving regular food to regular people. It is hard work but it is what we know and we do it every day.
