P. K. INDUSTRIES

P. K. INDUSTRIES is tucked away at 16/2, Badan Roy Lane in the Kadamtala area. If you’re familiar with the lanes around here, you know they can be a bit narrow, so getting deliveries in and out takes a bit of planning. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years, mainly doing small-scale manufacturing and fabrication. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we’ve got everything we need to handle the orders that come in. It’s mostly just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website, we just rely on the things we make to keep people coming back. Usually, you’ll hear the sound of metal being cut or the hum of a lathe if you walk past our door. We keep the place organized as best as we can, though it gets a bit crowded when we have a big project going on. We like being in Kadamtala because it feels like a real community where everyone knows who is doing what. We don't use any high-tech jargon to describe our work; we just call it what it is—making parts that work. If someone needs something specific made from steel or iron, they usually find their way to our lane. It’s a simple business, run by people who actually live in the neighborhood.
