We are located on H.I.T. Road in the Kamardanga area. It’s an old part of town and the roads can be a bit bumpy, especially when the rains come. Our workshop is a bit of a mix of everything. We’ve got heavy tools, raw materials, and a lot of grease. It’s a place where we actually make things, so there’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or machines humming in the background. We don't have a fancy office with carpets. Our floors are concrete and they’ve seen better days. We start early because it’s cooler then. By noon, the place is buzzing with activity. Most of the guys have been working here for years, so we don't really need to talk much to know what needs doing. We get our supplies from the local markets and try to keep things moving. There’s no big marketing team here; we just answer the phone when it rings. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, sitting on crates and talking about the weather or local news. Kamardanga is a busy industrial zone, and we’re just one of many small units trying to make a living. The walls are covered in old calendars and notes written in marker. It’s not a showroom, it’s a factory. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them out the door on time for the people waiting.
