Thakurprasad Kisan Producer Company Limited is located in Hannapasigawan, which is a small area in Hardoi. Thakur Prasad is the one who helps manage the operations from there. We are all people from the local villages who have spent our lives working the soil. Hardoi can get very hot and dry, and that makes our work quite a challenge sometimes. We started this company because we wanted a way to be heard and to handle our farming business better. It is not a grand operation by any means. Our office is just a simple place where we keep our registers and meet after the day's work is done in the fields. We talk about the crops, the pests, and how the market is behaving this week. There is a lot of talking and sometimes a bit of arguing, but that is how things go when everyone is involved. We are just trying to make a living and help the other farmers in our group do the same. Being in Uttar Pradesh, we have seen many changes over the years, and this company is our way of staying relevant.
