Shriman Krashi Udyog Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in the Beniganj Pali area of Hardoi, specifically around Pansala. We are a group of local farmers who decided it was time to work as one. Hardoi has a lot of farms, but it isn't always easy to make a profit. This company is our attempt at changing that. We don't have a grand office building or anything. We usually meet up in the village and keep our files in a simple room. It’s about the daily grind of farming—seeds, water, and harvesting. We talk about the market a lot and how to get our produce there without it costing too much. Most of the people involved are just neighbors who have known each other for years. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off. Sometimes we sit for hours just trying to figure out the government forms or the bank requirements. It is a slow process and we are still learning the ropes of running a formal company. Pansala is where we live and work, and this company is just an extension of that. We don't have fancy titles or a marketing team. It is just us, the soil, and a lot of hard work every day to keep things moving.
