E.S Farmer Producer Company Limited

We started E.S Farmer Producer Company Limited here in Pihani. It's mostly just a group of us trying to figure out how to handle our crops better. Our office is right there at Sanat Kumr Bajpai's house in Mohallah-Mishrana. It's not a big fancy building, just a spot where we meet up and talk about what needs doing for the season. Hardoi is where we live and work, so it makes sense to keep things local. Most days, someone is around to discuss seeds or whatever issue is popping up on the farms. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. It’s more about the community and making sure the folks around here have what they need to keep growing. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we get through it together. Pihani is a small place, so word travels fast when things are happening. We've been at this address for a bit now, and people know where to find us if they have questions about the local produce or how the collective is running. It’s just practical work, really. We spend our time out in the fields or sitting in the office planning for next month. The summer heat in Uttar Pradesh is always tough, but we manage by starting early. We keep our simple records in the back room. Nothing flashy. Just a bunch of neighbors in Hardoi trying to make the farming side of life a little easier for everyone involved.
