We operate out of Dhear Maholiyarly.Ganj Hardoi. The company name is Csc Hardoi Bilgram Up Farmer Producer Company Limited. It’s a long name for a simple group. Our base is at Shiv Dayal’s place. Hardoi is our home and Bilgram is where many of our members are. A corporate structure isn't something we have much of. It’s just us farmers trying to work together. The office is small and usually smells like the outdoors because we’re always coming in from the fields. Dealing with all sorts of things, from seeds to figuring out where to sell the harvest, keeps us busy. It’s a lot of manual labor and then some sitting around a table talking. Big words or mission statements on the wall aren't for us. We just want to get the work done. Dhear Maholiyarly is a local spot where everyone knows everyone. Being a producer company is mostly about the paperwork and staying organized. It isn't always smooth, and sometimes we disagree on things, but that's normal for a bunch of neighbors. A fancy website doesn't exist. Just this address and our names. Hardoi keeps us busy all year round. Keeping our heads down and doing the work is what we do. Shiv Dayal's house is usually the center of all the activity. We drink a lot of tea while we try to figure out the next steps for the group. It's just life here and we deal with it day by day.
