Our place is right on Hardoi Road in Sandila, just across from the Mahendra Agency. We operate Ramwatiagro Producer Company Limited out of Nirmala Singh’s premises. It’s a very recognizable spot because of the agency across the way, which always has people and vehicles moving around. Our office is a simple building that sits close to the main road. The traffic noise is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. Inside, it’s mostly just a large table and some metal cupboards where we keep all the records for the farmers. Sandila is a busy area, and being on Hardoi Road makes it easy for members to drop off their paperwork or pick up supplies. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. The walls are plain, and the floor is concrete. It’s easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of red dirt from the fields. We have a small area in the back where we store some of the smaller tools and seeds. Nirmala is usually around to keep an eye on things. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We aren't sitting around in air conditioning all day. Most of the time, the fans are spinning fast to keep the heat away. We talk to the local growers about their seeds and the weather. It’s practical, everyday work. If you are driving down Hardoi Road, you can’t miss us. We are right there in the thick of things. There’s a tea stall just a few steps away where we often go.
