Our office is at Mohan Bhawan, specifically 2/2 in the Aloo Thoke area of Hardoi. It’s a place that’s seen a lot of years. Shashakta Farm Producer Company Limited is run by us from here in Uttar Pradesh. The address has a connection to the late Gyanesh Kumar Gupta’s family. Hardoi is a quiet place most of the time, though the Aloo Thoke market can get quite loud during the season. We deal with the farming side of things, working with the local producers around here. It's not a corporate skyscraper setup. We sit in the office, look at the paperwork, and talk to the farmers who come by. There’s a lot of dust sometimes, and the roads in Hardoi are what they are, but we make it work. We started this because there was a need to organize things a bit better for the local farms. It’s mostly just us trying to keep the records straight and help get the produce where it needs to go. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a living in our own town. Being based in 241001 means we are right in the middle of everything local. We spend our mornings checking on the crops or talking to the guys at the market. It’s a slow process sometimes, building a producer company, but we take it day by day. We're just regular people from Hardoi doing farm-related work.
