Waadi Realtors is in Vatika India Next. We are on the first floor of Plot No 77, J-1. Sector 83 is one of those newer areas that’s still finding its feet. We moved here because there’s a lot of activity. Our office is small but it gets the job done. We spend our days tracking the new developments and talking to people who are interested in the area. It’s a lot of driving around to show different properties. The first floor is nice because we can see who’s coming and going. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There’s always a bit of a mess on the desks with all the brochures and maps. We try to keep it organized, but it’s hard when things move so fast. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for clients to show up. Sometimes they’re late because the roads around here can be confusing. We know the layouts of most of the buildings in Vatika India Next. It’s just regular real estate work. We don't pretend to be anything we’re not. It’s just a few of us trying to keep the business running smoothly in a part of Gurgaon that’s changing every single day. The parking around here can be a bit tight in the afternoons, but that is just how it is in this city.
