Mehta Properties

Our place is located on Sahna Road in Sector 38. Mehta Properties has been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s a straightforward setup with some chairs for visitors and a desk where we keep all the records. The traffic on Sahna Road can get pretty loud during the day, but we are used to it by now. People stop by when they are looking for a house or a shop in this part of town. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who just know us from the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around to check on different sites. Sometimes we are out of the office for a bit, so we leave a note on the door. It’s mostly just about knowing the local streets and who is moving where. The paperwork takes up a lot of time, especially with all the different rules these days. We have a small kettle for making tea when it gets cold in the winter. Sector 38 is a decent area and we have seen many families move in over the years. We just stay here and do our daily work. It is not a very complicated business, just staying on top of what is available. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out. It is a regular life here, nothing too exciting most days. We usually finish by eight.
