Koshy Realty Services is based in Gurgaon, though we don't spend much time in an actual office. Gurgaon is such a fast-moving city that we are usually out on the road most of the day. We handle property matters across the area, and that means a lot of driving from one sector to another. Our work is mostly done through phone calls and meeting people at various sites. We don't have a big staff or a fancy glass office with a view. Instead, we keep our files in the car and meet people where it's convenient for them. The real estate market here is always changing, with new buildings going up and old ones being sold. It can be quite a struggle to keep track of everything, but we do our best. Sometimes we spend hours just waiting for someone to show up for a viewing, or stuck in the famous Gurgaon traffic jams for half the afternoon. We’ve been working in this city for a long time, so we’ve seen it grow from a small town into the massive place it is now. We don't use any big slogans or have a glossy magazine. We just know the local streets and who is selling what. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking around dusty construction sites. We just take things as they come and try to give people the straight facts about a property. It is not always easy to manage everything on the go, but it works out.
