Asquare Realtech is based out of Suncity. We have been working in this area for a while now, focusing on the local property market. It’s a straightforward operation. Most of our time is spent either on the phone or out walking around Suncity looking at different plots and houses. We don’t have a huge, fancy office with a dozen receptionists. It’s more of a practical space where we can meet people and go over maps or floor plans. Real estate around here can be a bit unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time just keeping track of what’s for sale and what’s been bought. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just show them what is available and tell them the price. It’s a lot of paperwork and driving back and forth. Suncity is a big place, and it’s growing fast. We see new things popping up every month. Our days are never really the same. One morning we might be checking on a construction site, and the next we are sitting in the office filing documents or waiting for a call. We keep it pretty low-key. We just wanted to have a local presence so people in Suncity have a place to drop by when they are thinking about moving or investing. It’s just a few of us trying to make sense of the local market and help our neighbors find a place to stay that fits what they need.
