L A Homes Estates

L A Homes Estates is tucked away in DLF City Phase II 157. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly residential and fairly quiet compared to the main roads. Our office is basically just a room in the building at 157 where we keep all our files and property lists. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a nice walk when the weather isn’t too hot. We’ve got a couple of old chairs and a table that wobbles a little if you lean on it wrong. L A Homes Estates isn't a massive operation, just a few of us who know the local streets and who is moving where. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to look at different houses in Phase II. The mornings are usually spent answering emails and making sure our records are up to date. Sometimes the neighbors’ dog barks a lot during our meetings, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around our computers or drinking water from the cooler. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and we like being right here in the middle of the community. We've been at 157 for a good while now and just keep doing our thing.
