Aurum Estates

Aurum Estates is located at Sohna Chowk, the number is 41276. If you know the chowk, you know it’s a place where everything meets. It’s always loud with horns and people shouting. Our office is right in the middle of that mess. We have a small space where we keep our registers and land records. It’s just a few of us working here. We spend a good chunk of our day out in the sun, actually visiting the plots and estates we handle. You can’t really understand a piece of land by just looking at a screen, so we go there. We come back to the office to do the paperwork and drink some water. The desk has a few scratches and the chairs are a bit old, but they work fine. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being at the chowk where people can find us easily. It gets pretty dusty with all the construction nearby. We spend a lot of time dusting off the files. We talk to farmers, developers, and regular people looking for a bit of ground. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it a while. We don't have any big slogans. We just show people what’s on the market and help them with the price. Most evenings we just close up and go home through the same traffic we watched all day.
