Yash Realtors

Yash Realtors is located in Sector 82, Phase II, at K-17/4-A. It’s a quiet part of the area, which is nice for us. Our office is a small space where we handle all our property work. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. Most of our day is spent out on the road, showing different plots or houses to people. When we are in the office, we are usually catching up on the paperwork or looking at new listings. The desks are a bit cluttered with old notebooks and maps of the sector. We don't use any fancy technology to do our jobs, just basic stuff that works. Sector 82 has seen a lot of development since we first opened our doors. We’ve watched the buildings go up and the roads get paved. We try to give people honest advice about the market without all the confusing talk. If a deal isn't going to work, we just say so. It saves everyone a lot of trouble. Our office isn't a high-end place with glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some chairs and a desk. We like it that way because it feels more like home. We’ve built up a lot of local knowledge over the years and we use that to help our neighbors out. It’s a steady job and we plan on being here for a while.
