You can find A K D Realtores at Shop No 15/2 in DLF Phase 2, DLF City. We have been in this little corner for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of DLF City, so there is always something going on outside our door. Our office isn’t very big, but we have enough space for our files and a place for people to sit. We spend most of the day talking to people who are interested in moving into the area. DLF Phase 2 has changed a lot since we first arrived. We keep track of the different apartments and houses that come up for rent or sale. It involves a lot of walking around and talking to owners. We have a small computer and a phone that rings quite a bit. Sometimes we are out showing properties, so the shop might be closed for a short while. We try to keep things pretty informal here. People usually just drop by for a quick chat about the market. The paperwork is always there, so we spend the afternoons filling out forms and making calls. It is a steady job and we know the neighborhood very well. We don’t have a big marketing team, just us doing the work every day. It’s a nice place to be, even when the traffic outside gets a bit much. We usually lock up for the day when the sun starts going down.
