Propertyxpo

We have been working out of Sector 63 in Haryana for a good bit now as Propertyxpo. It is a developing area, so there is always some construction or new project popping up around the corner. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet people who are looking for a place to stay or invest. Dealing with property in this part of Haryana keeps us on our toes because things change so fast. One day a plot is empty, and the next, there’s a fence up. We spend a lot of time on our phones or driving around to show people different sites. It gets dusty, and the summers are brutal, but that is just part of the real estate life here. We don’t use those big fancy words you see on billboards. We just tell people what we know about the local market and help them figure out where they want to be. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we want, but we try to push it through. It’s just a small group of us here trying to make sense of the local property scene. We know the shortcuts around Sector 63 and which tea stall has the best snacks. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us sorting through folders or looking at maps. It is basic work, but it keeps us busy most of the time.
