Arora & Co Realtors is based at C-1067 in Sushant Lok Phase I. We have been here at this address for quite a while. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually not too noisy. Our office is set up in a way that’s comfortable for us to work in all day. We have a few cupboards for all the files we’ve collected over the years. Most of the time, we are just talking to people about houses or plots. Sushant Lok is a place we know inside out because we spend so much time walking around the different blocks. We get a lot of people who are looking to move into Phase I. Our daily routine involves checking messages and making sure the paperwork for different properties is in order. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some forms. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a simple one so people can find us. It’s mostly just us doing the work and making sure everything is handled. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they work fine. We’ve seen many neighbors come and go since we started here. It’s a decent way to spend the day, just keeping things simple and local. We close up around seven most evenings and head home for some dinner and rest. Tomorrow will just be another day of the same thing.
