Happy Home Property has been around the Sohna Road area for a while now. We are right near Omaxe Plaza. It’s a busy spot but we like it here because there is always something going on. My name is on the lease and I spend most of my time right here in the office. We help folks with houses and flats. Dealing with property is usually a headache, so we just try to make it straightforward for everyone involved. We have a small office. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out looking at sites with clients. We know the neighborhood pretty well by now. If you are looking for a place or trying to sell one, we handle the paperwork and the talking part. It's just a regular local business. We don't have a big fancy team, just a few of us who know the streets and the buildings around here. Sometimes the market is slow, and sometimes it's completely crazy. We just keep showing up every morning. We’ve seen the area change a lot with all the new construction over the years. It's getting really crowded lately. We just focus on giving people the real facts about the places they're interested in. No big promises or anything like that. Just showing houses and helping with the rent or sale stuff. It’s what we do every day to make a living. If you pass by Omaxe Plaza, you've probably seen our sign.
