Kapoor Property Consultant operates out of Office 1018 on the 10th floor of Tower B4 in Spaze Tech Park. If you know Sohna Road in Gurgaon, you know how much it has changed over the last few years. We spend our days here in Sector 49 looking at floor plans and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or maybe a shop to start their own thing. The view from the tenth floor is mostly just other tall buildings and a lot of traffic down below. Gurgaon is a fast place and people are always moving in or moving out. We aren't a big corporate firm with a hundred employees. It’s just us here, handling the paperwork and making sure the keys are where they should be. Sometimes it gets stressful when a deal doesn't go through or the paperwork from the government gets delayed, which happens more than you'd think. We deal with residential flats and some commercial spots around this area. It’s a lot of phone calls and driving around to show people different properties. The elevators in the tech park can be slow during lunch hours, so we’ve learned to be patient. We’ve seen this whole sector grow up from empty plots to what it is now. It’s just a regular office life for us, trying to help local people navigate the real estate mess without too much trouble.
