Vikas Properties

Our office is at Sohna Chowk 4, which is a very busy part of the area. Vikas Properties has been here for years, right in the middle of all the traffic and people. It’s easy for anyone to find us because everyone knows the chowk. The space inside is small but it works for what we do. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of papers scattered around. Mostly, we deal with people who are looking for something specific in this part of town. It gets very loud outside with the horns and the market noise, but we are used to it. We spend most of our time talking to visitors or going out to look at buildings nearby. Property work here means you have to know everyone on the street. We keep a ledger of all the available places and their details. Sometimes we share a tea with the shopkeepers next door. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don’t use much technology besides our phones. People just walk in, sit down, and tell us what they need. We’ve seen the chowk change a lot, with new shops opening and others closing. It’s a fast-paced place, but we just keep doing our regular work every day. It’s honest work and we like being right in the center of things. The day goes by pretty fast when it is this busy. We wrap things up and lock the door once the evening rush slows down.
