Singh Properties is found at No-9, Bougain Villea Marg, in DLF City Phase-II. The street has a nice name and there are some pretty trees around, which makes coming to work pleasant. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle real estate stuff in this part of Gurgaon. We have seen this area change quite a bit over the years, with new buildings going up all the time. We mostly deal with the houses and apartments right around here in Phase II. It is a lot of paperwork and making phone calls to see what is still available on the market. We are not a big fancy agency; we are just a local office where we know the layout of the streets and the different types of houses available. People stop by to ask about rents or if there are any new plots for sale. We spend a lot of time out of the office, walking through properties and checking on things for owners who live elsewhere. The weather can be tough sometimes, but we are used to being out and about. It is honest work and we try to keep things as clear as possible for everyone we talk to. Our desk is usually a bit messy with notes and keys, but we know where everything is. It's just how we run things.
