You can find Realty Group over in DLF City Phase I at house number 226. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which makes it easy to focus on all the files we have piled up. We’ve been working out of this location for a good bit now, helping folks figure out their property situations. Whether it’s someone looking for a new place to stay or a landlord trying to find a decent tenant, we’re usually in the middle of it. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that, just a couple of rooms where we sit and talk through the details. Most of the time, we’re out on the road looking at sites or meeting people at their homes. It’s much better than just sitting behind a computer all day. We know the corners of Phase I pretty well by now, every lane and shortcut. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening to what people actually want. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of complicated words when we’re explaining a contract. It’s just about getting the job done so everyone can move on with their lives. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is close to finishing, but usually, we’re out by evening. It’s a regular local business, and we like the people we meet along the way.
