INOP REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at D051 in the DLF Ultima complex, which is over in Sector 81. This is part of what people call New Gurgaon. It is a large residential project, so we are right in the middle of where people are actually living. Inop Realty Private Limited is run by a small group of us here. Since we are based inside the complex, we see the daily life of the residents all the time. Our work mostly revolves around the apartments and the local developments in Sector 81. The office is a functional space where we handle all the leasing and sales details. It is not a big corporate headquarters, just a convenient spot for us to work from. We spend a lot of time on our feet, showing people around or checking on the maintenance of different units. The area is still growing, so there is always construction noise somewhere in the distance and new things popping up. We keep our own records and try to stay on top of the various rules that come with these big housing societies. It is a lot of talking and a lot of typing out agreements. We do not try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It is just about being here and helping people figure out their housing situations in this part of town. We are just local workers doing our bit in DLF Ultima.
