You can find us right on the main road at the Uppal Southend floor on Sohna Road. We’re quite close to Omaxe Plaza, which is a big landmark that everyone knows around here. Working in property on Sohna Road is interesting because the whole area is changing so fast. Every time you look out the window, it feels like a new building is going up or a new shop is opening. Our office is a simple place where we keep track of who is selling and who is looking to buy. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going from one floor to another or driving to different spots in Uppal Southend. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of talking and checking documents. People come in with all sorts of questions about prices and locations. We try to give them the honest facts about what’s available without any fluff. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the phones. Since we are near the plaza, it gets quite busy in the evenings with people out shopping or eating. We usually stay open late to catch folks who finish work and want to see a property before they head home. It’s a local business through and through, and we’ve seen many neighbors move in and out of these apartments over the years. We just try to keep things organized so everything goes smoothly for everyone.
