Hingorani Estates

We are up on the 8th floor of the Galleria Tower, specifically in unit 820 A. This is right in DLF City Phase IV, which most people in Gurgaon know is a very busy part of town. Our office looks out towards the City Club, and if you look down from the window, you can see the constant stream of cars and people moving through the area. Hingorani Estates has been in this building for some time now. Working from the 8th floor means we spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevators, which can be slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out. The office itself is quite simple. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a place for guests to sit. It’s a bit away from the street noise being so high up, which is nice when we need to focus on documents or phone calls. Being opposite the City Club is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. We aren't trying to be a huge corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us handling the daily tasks that come with managing estates in this part of Gurgaon. Sometimes we head down to the lower floors of Galleria to grab a quick coffee or meet someone. It is a fast-paced environment but we have gotten used to the rhythm of DLF Phase IV over the years.
