You can find H S N Realty Services over at G-17 in Udyog Vihar Phase V. This part of town is very industrial and busy, with lots of companies and workers moving around all day long. Our office is a straightforward place in the middle of all that action. We’ve been here at G-17 for quite a while. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. We have some sturdy desks and a lot of filing cabinets full of papers. Working in Udyog Vihar means we deal with a lot of commercial spaces and warehouses. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting building managers at their sites. The traffic around Phase V can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually stay a bit late to let it clear out before heading home. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the slow hours of the afternoon. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to do our advertising. People just know we are at G-17 and they come by when they need something looked at. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone. If a building has issues with the roof or the parking situation, we tell people about it upfront. It’s better that way. We’ve grown used to the constant hum of the nearby factories. It’s just the sound of the neighborhood to us now. We’re just regular people doing a job.
