Goodwill Property

Goodwill Property is located on the 1st Floor at 1099, Sector 47. We are right on Sohna Road, near Subash Chowk. It’s a very active area with lots of traffic and new buildings going up all the time. Our office is a bit of a refuge from all that noise outside. We spend our days looking at property listings and meeting with people who want to move into Sector 47. We’ve been at this location for a while, so we’ve seen how much Sohna Road has grown. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we manage. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets to do our jobs. Just some reliable phones and a lot of local knowledge. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of folders, but we get the paperwork finished eventually. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a small team of people who know the real estate market in this part of town. If you’re coming from Subash Chowk, we’re easy to find. We have some chairs and some old magazines in the waiting area, and we’re usually around from morning until evening. We just do the basic work of connecting buyers and sellers without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep working through the daily pile of files.
