Executive Homes

Executive Homes is located at C 1050 in Sushant Lok Phase I. We have been working from this spot for quite some time now. It is a fairly quiet street, which is nice when you have a lot of paperwork to get through. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking for a place to stay. Sushant Lok Phase I is a big area, so we spend a lot of our time out on the road, checking on different houses and making sure things are in order. We don’t have a massive staff or a fancy lobby. It’s mostly just us handling things as they come. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea gets cold before we can drink it, but that’s just how it goes. We keep a bunch of keys in a drawer and try to remember which one goes to which gate. People stop by C 1050 often just to see what is new in the neighborhood. We know the local guards and the guys at the corner shops. It’s a straightforward business. We show people around, tell them what we know about the blocks, and help them get settled. We’ve seen the trees grow tall in Phase I since we first set up here. It’s a familiar place for us, and we plan on staying at C 1050 for the foreseeable future. We keep a few chairs for visitors, though they aren't the most comfortable. It gets the job done.
