Evig Realty

Evig Realty is based over in DLF Cyber City, Phase III, Gurgaon. We’re on the second floor, specifically U 19 23. Being in Cyber City is a bit different from being in other parts of the city because everything is so modern and fast. We’ve got a small office here. It’s where we manage all the real estate stuff we handle. Even though the area is very corporate, we try to keep our own office feeling a bit more relaxed. We don't really have those fancy glass walls or minimalist furniture you see in the movies. It’s just a place to work. We spend a lot of time helping people find places to live or work in Haryana. Since we’re right in the middle of a big business hub, we see a lot of people coming and going. It’s a busy environment. We try to be helpful without being pushy. Real estate can be a lot of stress for people, so we just aim to give them the facts and let them decide. Our team has been doing this for a bit, so we know the local market quite well. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. We like the energy of the 122002 area, even if the traffic during rush hour is a nightmare. We’re just here doing our thing every day. The elevators in Phase III are usually pretty fast, which is a relief. We mostly drink coffee from the machine down the hall while we go over the listings for the day. It is a steady life.
