EQUITY PROPTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of 41, H S F in Sector-40. Gurugram is a fast place, but we try to keep things a bit more grounded here. We call ourselves Equity Proptech Private Limited, though most people just know us as the guys in the office near the local market. It’s a bit of a mix of tech and property, hence the name, but we aren't fancy about it. Our desks are usually piled with files and the coffee machine is always working overtime. We handle a lot of the digital side of things for property, which is why we settled in 122002. It's a good spot for what we do. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Mostly it's just casual because that’s how we work better. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the market here. Sometimes it's confusing for people, so we just try to explain things in plain words. No need for big talk. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for our small team. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. It's a straightforward business. We just do the work and go home to our families.
