You can find Buniyad Real Estate over at M G Road, specifically in JMD Regent Square, unit 11. Being on M G Road means there is always something happening right outside the doors. It’s one of those busy parts of town where you can find almost anything. JMD Regent Square is a big building, and we are just one part of it at number 11. The elevators can be a bit slow during the morning rush, so some of us just take the stairs if we’re feeling energetic. Our office is a practical space where we handle all sorts of real estate matters. There are usually a few maps of the city pinned up on the walls so we can see where everything is. The desks are often covered in notes and local directories. It’s a bit of a whirlwind sometimes with the phones ringing and people coming in and out. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry in the building with the air conditioning running all day. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty relaxed among ourselves. Being in such a central location means we see a lot of different people. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now, and it feels like the right place for us. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay on top of the paperwork.
