Boken Realtors Llp is based out of H-106, on the first floor. We are in Residency Greens, which is part of Greenwood City in Sector 46. Gurgaon-122001 is the area. Being on the first floor is nice because we aren't right on the street level, so it stays a bit quieter than the ground floor might. Greenwood City is a decent place to work. We have a few rooms here that we use for our daily tasks. There’s a small area where we have our tea and a main room with the desks. It’s a fairly straightforward setup. We don’t go in for much decoration. Most of the walls are just plain. We’ve got our documents and maps of the area pinned up. Sector 46 is a solid location in Haryana. It feels a bit more residential than some of the other commercial hubs in the city. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of phone calls about local property. The air conditioning hums in the background most of the time because it gets so hot outside during the peak of summer. We’ve been here for a bit now. It’s a steady kind of place. Not much drama, just the usual work of a real estate firm. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people in a regular office. No corporate gloss here. It's just us in Gurgaon-122001.
