Our office is tucked away in F-38 at Sushant Arcade. You’ll find us in Sushant Lok Phase 1, which is a place most people around here know well. It’s a decent building, though finding a parking spot near the arcade can be a bit of a headache on some afternoons. Ayushmaan Realty Group is just the name we put on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a lot of old files, and a coffee machine that works when it wants to. We spend most of our time looking at local listings and taking calls from people who are moving into the area. Sushant Lok has changed a lot since we first set up shop here. There are more shops now and the roads get a bit more crowded than they used to be. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a handful of us who live nearby and decided to work together. We don't do much fancy advertising or anything like that. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend or walks past the arcade and decides to come up to the first floor. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a place to rent or wants to sell their plot, we look at what’s available. It is honest work and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We know which blocks are quiet and which ones have issues with the water. That’s just part of being here for so long.
