Asset Deals

Our place, Asset Deals, is tucked away at S 27, 9 C in DLF City Phase III. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to how the S block is laid out. We’ve had this office for several years now. It’s a practical space, nothing too flashy or modern. We have some desks, a water cooler that makes a weird noise, and plenty of chairs for whoever stops by. Phase III is always active. There are always people moving in or out, especially with all the big offices nearby. We spend our days answering emails and taking people to see different apartments or plots in the area. My shoes get a bit dusty from walking around the construction sites. We don't use any fancy sales pitches or marketing tricks. We just show the place and tell people what the rent or the price is. If they like it, they like it. We keep our records in some big folders on the shelf. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot near S 27, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Phase III, but we’ve managed to stay put at 9 C. It's a good spot for us. We know the local shortcuts to avoid the traffic during the evening rush hour. Most of our day is just talking to people and trying to match them with what they are looking for. It's a lot of legwork, but we don't really mind the exercise.
