R M S Marble Enterprises has been sitting on Sheetla Mata Road Main Road for quite a while now. If you walk by, you’ll see the slabs of stone leaning against each other. It’s a dusty place, to be honest. That’s just the way it goes when you’re cutting and moving marble all day long. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights or air conditioning. It’s mostly just us in the yard, wearing old clothes and moving heavy pieces around. People come in from the neighborhood or sometimes from further away when they’re building a house. They want to see the different patterns in the stone. We show them what we’ve got in stock. Sometimes the pieces have little cracks or chips on the edges, but that’s natural stone for you. We just try to get the orders loaded onto the trucks without too much fuss. It gets hot out there on the road during the summer months, and the rain makes the yard a bit of a muddy mess, but the work doesn’t stop. We’ve got a small desk tucked in the corner for the paperwork, though it’s usually covered in stone dust too. There isn't any big marketing team here. It’s just a local business where we know most of the people who stop by. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing.
