Sanadiya Jaivik Producer Company Limited is based out of Raj Kumar Yadav’s house in Sonadia. He is the son of Ram Bihari Yadav, and they have lived in this part of Chhotki Tola for a long time. Our village, Sonadia, is a small place where news travels fast and everyone knows what the other person is planting. Being a producer company, our main focus is just handling the local organic produce from the farms nearby. It’s not a corporate office with computers everywhere. It’s more like a gathering spot where farmers stop by to talk about the soil or the price of seeds. We spend a lot of time sitting on the porch looking at the records. The address is simple, just Panch-Sanadiya in the Tola Chhotki area. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just try to make sure the work gets done and the produce is accounted for. Sometimes the electricity goes out for hours, so we just work by the daylight. It's practical and local. We don't want to sound like some big city firm because we aren't. We are just people from Sanadiya trying to organize our farming better. Most days are quiet until the trucks need to be loaded. It’s just us, the fields, and the daily chores that come with living in a rural area like this one.
