The air usually smells like damp leaves, especially after it rains in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time in the office managing the local tea production. It is not a very formal environment. Most of us show up in comfortable clothes because there is always something that needs to be moved or checked on the grounds. The house we use for our operations is old but sturdy.
