The business known as Yes is located in Goa, right near the hospital in Balli, Cuncolim. It is a part of the Salcette region, which is a bit quieter than the north part of the state. We have been operating from this spot for a while, and most people in the village know where we are because we are so close to the medical center. Life here moves at a different pace compared to the big cities. We open up the doors in the morning and see who comes by. Sometimes it is very busy, and other days we just sit and wait for things to pick up. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It is just us doing what we do every day. The building is simple and fits in with the other houses and shops in Cuncolim. We talk to our neighbors and help out when someone needs something. The humidity can be a lot to deal with, but we are used to it by now. We focus on being there when people need us and getting our work done without any drama. It is a straightforward way to live and work. We don't try to be anything we are not, and we don't make big promises. We just stay at our post near the hospital and handle our business as it comes. It works well for us and the people who live around here.
