We are located right in the middle of Calangute Market, over in the Naikawaddo area. It’s on the main road that goes between Calangute and Anjuna, so it’s probably one of the busiest spots you could find. There is always music playing from somewhere and the smell of street food coming from the stalls outside. Our office is small and usually a bit cluttered with flyers and booking forms. We spend most of our time talking to people who are on vacation and looking for something to do. It’s a lot of answering the same questions about boat trips or scooter rentals, but we don't mind. The humidity is pretty high here, so the papers on our desks always feel a bit damp. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while we work out their itineraries. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit in the dark for a bit and chat with the tourists until it comes back on. It’s a lively place to work, even if it’s a bit chaotic with all the motorcycles zooming past the door. We’ve been in this market for years and know all the other shopkeepers around us. It’s a simple setup, just a phone, a laptop, and a lot of local knowledge we share with anyone who stops by. The front door sticks when it's raining, so you have to give it a good pull to get inside, but we are always here during the day.
