The Gideon's Tour And Travel is where we spend our days. We are mostly focused on getting people from one spot to another without too much trouble. It is a lot of logistics and checking schedules over and over again. We have our office set up so we can keep track of all the different trips going on. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is very quiet. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or big promises. We just talk to people and figure out what they need for their travel. It might be a short trip or something much longer, but the work is basically the same for us every time. We spend a lot of time looking at routes and making sure the timing works out. It is the kind of job where you have to pay attention to the small things or everything gets messed up for the people traveling. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us here. We know each other well and we know how to get things done without making a fuss. The office has a few chairs and a lot of calendars on the walls. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up and handle the travel plans as they come in. It is practical work and it keeps us occupied through the day. We like it.
