We are located over in Grande Morod, which is a busy part of Mapusa in Bardez-Goa. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get during market days. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. Working for Nestle India Limited here means there’s always something going on with the deliveries. We’ve got a lot of people coming and going, mostly locals from the nearby villages. The building is functional, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and people on phones or computers. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. Some of us have worked here so long we know everyone in the neighborhood. It’s a 403507 zip code, which helps people find us on the map. We deal with a lot of logistics and making sure things get where they need to go in this part of Goa. It’s not always easy with the narrow roads and the monsoon rain, but we get it done. The office gets a bit noisy in the afternoons when the sun is high and everyone is trying to finish their tasks. We take our breaks when we can. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share. It's just a regular workplace with regular people doing their jobs every day. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist here, just us doing the daily grind.
