If you look for us in Goa, you will find us at the White Sand Resort. It is a big place right by the beach, and it takes a lot of people to keep it all going. From the folks at the front desk to the people cleaning the rooms, we are all just trying to make sure the guests have what they need for their stay. Working at a resort means you are always on your feet. The sun is usually out and the sand gets everywhere, but that is just part of the job. We don’t really think of ourselves as some big corporate entity when we are on the ground; we are just the staff trying to handle the breakfast rush or fixing a leaky tap in one of the guest rooms. The address is simple, just care of the resort itself. Sometimes it gets really crowded during the tourist season and things can get a bit chaotic, but we manage.
