Ourem Microsystems

Ourem Microsystems is located inside Nirman Bhawan, which is the CPWD building over in Bambolim, Goa. Being in a government building means there is a lot of activity around us all day. People are always coming and going for different permits or meetings, but we stay focused on our microsystems work in our own space. Bambolim is a good spot because it’s a bit away from the heavy tourist traffic of the beaches, so we can actually get things done without too much distraction. We’ve been here at 403 202 for a good stretch of time now. The office isn't anything over the top, just desks, computers, and the gear we need to do our jobs properly. It can get a little loud in the hallways of Nirman Bhawan when it's a busy day for the CPWD, but we don't mind it much. We have a routine that works for us. Usually, we start the day with a quick check of what needs fixing or building. Our staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We don’t spend time on big speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk about the work and how to make the systems function better. If you ever come by for a visit, you'll see we are just a regular group of people working hard in a practical office setting. It's honest work and we take it one day at a time.
