Idea Franchise

We run this Idea Franchise from a spot in Varcondem, Ponda. You can find us at the address shared with Clara Fernandes and Dianafernandes. It’s a local business through and through. We’ve been here for a good while, helping people with their mobile connections and recharges. The shop is small and can get a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once, especially on the weekends. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us behind the counter. We spend a lot of our time explaining data plans or helping people fix issues with their SIM cards. Ponda is a busy place, and Varcondem has its own local rhythm that we’ve become a part of. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a counter and some chairs, but it’s where we spend our days. Sometimes the systems go slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit, which can be frustrating, but most people understand. We know a lot of our customers by name since they’ve been coming to us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Goa, just a place where you can get your phone sorted out without any hassle. It’s a simple job, but we enjoy the interaction with the people here. We just try to get through the day and help out whoever walks in.
